Marine Corps Base Quantico is off I-95 exit 150A. Once you enter through the main gate, you are on Fuller Rd. Stay on Fuller Rd past the Medal of Honor Golf Course until you reach a stop light. At the light you will make a left onto Potomac Ave. Travel through the Town of Quantico and make a left atRiver Rd. Go past the tennis courts on the right and enter Hospital Point. You will bear left at the "Y" intersection on to Sherwood St. Continue up to the STOP sign. Bear left and continue to the pull up bars and white shed where we meet. Parking is available just past the workout area.
